I have this small company that uses SAP B1 as their primary LOB software. At least a dozen users access it on a daily basis. For about 2 months now, Whenever anyone clicks the icon (circled in red) that brings up the "LIST OF BUSINESS PARTNERS" window, it will freeze SAP Business One. This happens to EVERYONE, regardless of username or machine, and it doesn't matter what module you use. If you click to bring up the BUSINESS PARTNERS LIST window, it will freeze the application for that user. I have contacted our SAP B1 vendor, with no results. Its a big hindrance and the employees are getting restless (understandably).
-I have scoured the server event logs, nothing
-I have went into the actual database and ran checks on the tables, not problems
-Now I can even go as far as to create a SQL that spits out the same data
