What complicates the issue is the fact that the S user number that the company had when they first got Business One is no longer valid. The new one they gave me didn't work either. They were having the same issues with my S user number as well so it wasn't something that I was doing wrong. That was about a month ago, and I haven't heard back from our vendor or SAP themselves since.
Presumably, they are still paying SAP for support? If not, you'll get nothing.
If they still have a contract, they should be able to get this resolved; but I know that SAP are trying to push all support off to their Vendor Partners. It can require a lot of patience and some determination to getSAP to fix issues relating to S numbers.
Unfortunately, I think that you'll need to resolve this before you get anywhere.
